We’re a not-for-profit society that owns and runs Riverside Hall, the grounds, playground, and hand launch, all on behalf of the community. Our mission is to foster and promote sporting, recreational, charitable, educational, and social activities.

You can join or renew your yearly membership at the Ashton Creek General Store, or through our online form. It’s only a few dollars a year.

We’re always looking for volunteers, whether that’s helping at events, assisting with rentals, or pitching in on maintenance. You can also apply to join our Board of Directors. Every position at the Club is filled by volunteers.

The hall hosts regular community uses like Parent & Tots, Yoga, and Pickleball, plus events put on by our Social Committee throughout the year.

We’re at 3784 Trinity Valley Road, Enderby, BC V4Y 4L6, about 11 km east of Enderby near the historic Baxter Bridge, also known as the Trinity Valley Bridge.

Yes. Our grounds are open to the community, with picnic tables, parking, a hand launch, a gazebo, a multisport court, outdoor washrooms, and a playground added in 2018. The east fire pit is also open to public use; the west fire pit is reserved exclusively for renters.

The grounds are day use only, with suggested hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There’s no overnight parking unless it’s included with a private hall rental.

Yes, we have a community hand launch, made possible by the Riverside Community Club and the Regional District of the North Okanagan. Please enjoy the river safely and respectfully; the Shuswap River Ambassadors have great guidance at shuswapriverambassadors.com.

Yes, there’s a gated parking area on site with dedicated handicap stalls near the hall. Overnight parking is available in a designated area on the grounds. Please note the hand launch parking area is not available to renters, and street parking is not permitted.

Yes. The playground is a shared space, open to both the community and hall renters.

Our hand launch is a community access point to the Shuswap River, designed for craft you can carry down by hand. Please enjoy the river safely and respectfully.

Full-day rentals are $350, $550, or $600 per day, depending on eligibility. The Loyalty Rate of $350 is for RCC members with 3 consecutive years of membership living in the Trinity Valley/Ashton Creek catchment (Area F). Area F residents pay $550. All other renters pay $600.

To confirm your booking, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. A separate $500 refundable damage deposit is returned after checkout, once the hall is confirmed damage-free and the cleaning list is complete.

A rental day is a full 24-hour period, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next morning. That means you can decorate the day before and clean up the following morning without rushing.

Our main hall seats 140 guests at tables and holds up to 210 standing. It’s 2,300 square feet with beautiful birch floors throughout.

Your rental includes the main hall with its raised stage and event lighting, a full commercial kitchen, place settings, tables and chairs for 140 guests, and use of our riverside grounds and covered gazebo.

Yes, and it’s a real one. Our commercial kitchen has a professional six-burner gas range, two standard stoves, a commercial dish sanitizer, commercial and standard refrigerators, a freezer, large prep space, and place settings for 140. Caterers love it.

Absolutely. With birch floors, a raised stage, four acres on the Shuswap River, and mountain views all around, our country hall is a favourite for weddings and receptions in the North Okanagan.

For full-day rentals, yes. Renters must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance of at least $2 million, naming Riverside Community Club Society as an additional insured. Proof of insurance is due at least 2 weeks before your rental. If anyone is staying overnight on the grounds, the policy must also include coverage for overnight stays.

If you plan to serve alcohol, you’ll need a provincial liquor permit and Host Liquor Liability Insurance of at least $2 million, also naming Riverside Community Club Society as an additional insured, provided at least 2 weeks before your rental. If guests will bring their own alcohol not covered under your permit, your coverage needs to include BYOB liquor.

Deposits and rent are paid by e-transfer, or by cheque mailed to Riverside Hall.

There is no cost, or a donation, for past or present community members within the Trinity Valley/Ashton Creek catchment area. A $200 refundable damage deposit and a $100 cleaning fee apply, and you’ll need to complete the online booking request.

Hourly rentals are available to Riverside Community Club members for smaller events that fit our mission. Rates range from no charge up to $35 an hour, depending on eligibility and what’s included. See our rentals page for full details.
